Ministry Projects
In rural Ohio, there is always a need for a handicap ramp for individuals to be able to stay in their own home. Jackson Area Ministries has seen the need and has come up with a plan. An individual that is in need of a handicap ramp is able to submit their name to JAM. This ramp was built by volunteers from Sidney First Methodist Church in Sidney, Ohio. This great group of men come down twice a year to volunteer with projects.
The cost of materials will come from donations and labor will come from volunteers.
Building a Wheelchair Ramp
Great volunteers building this wheelchair ramp for an individual who had to be carried out of her home for doctors appointments by her son. The construction of this ramp has been such a great help to her.
